The Youth House (formerly Richard Kroth’s house), located in Chestnut Ridge, NY, is a new initiative of the Threefold Foundation aimed at renewing the legacy of Anthroposophy by creating a meaningful, practical paradigm for the future. The Youth House hosts three key initiatives: a Residency Program, the Threefold Community Course, and ongoing activities for young adults.

Starting in Autumn 2025, the Youth House will offer a full-time, year-round residency program for five young adults (ages 18-35). Residents will study Anthroposophy, participate in service work, and develop projects in spiritual, artistic, and scientific fields. The program encourages personal growth, skills development, and managing community life, fostering future-oriented initiatives.

The Community Course (formerly Beginning Anthroposophy) is an all-ages part-time weekend course offering an introduction to Anthroposophy for all ages. This will now be hosted in the Youth House, and welcome more drop-in students.

Additionally, the Youth House will be available as an event and activity space for young adults at Threefold and Fellowship Foundations. Activities will include study groups, movie nights, potlucks, dance classes, music jams, and more.

The Youth House aims to create a new idealistic community where young people can connect, work, and grow together. It offers a restorative space away from the pressures of modern life, empowering individuals to embrace light and love over materialism and stress. Through mentorship and spiritual insight, we seek to renew society and culture, ensuring a meaningful continuity for the future.

We have a lot of renovations to do to the house please reach out if you can support the process!
