From June: Sundays at 2 pm CEST / 7 pm CET.

As young Anthroposophists, there is no better time than the present to dive into the Philosophical works of Rudolf Steiner. While the world has made great strides in the advancement of the humanities and science, one must feel that something is sorely missing. A need in our day to day lives that has gone unsatisfied for far too long. It is our nature's fundamental desire for a true knowing of reality and freedom. These are the 2 root questions addressed in Rudolf Steiner's Philosophy of Freedom. It is the goal of this course to provide context and a form of studying Steiner's texts to better comprehend these great riddles. In doing so, one will discover new depths and vantage points for exploring Anthroposophy and its applications in day to day life.

The approach of this course is grounded in Goethe and Rudolf Steiner's conception of the archetypal plant and human. Using these, we will explore how they relate to the composition of the texts and live into the living thinking contained in Steiner's writing.

This course is designed for those in the Youth Section who wish to take their studies further and develop a clearer vision of meditating life and the world. At the same time, this course is organized in such a way that those with no prior experience in Anthroposophy will find a strong foundation. Those more familiar with Steiner's latter mystical writing know that he often points back to his philosophical writings to develop themselves in soul and spirit. This course is made, and open to all.
